The firm has a stellar reputation for providing general counsel representation to community associations and HOA's, guiding them through Florida's statutory changes. Responsibilities Review contracts and stay current on relevant statutes and regulations. Attend board and membership meetings to provide legal guidance. Draft and amend governing documents and association policies. Qualifications Must have at least 1 year of experience practicing law. Must have experience or a strong interest in representing HOA's and community associations. Must have admitted to practice law in the State of Florida. Must have a Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school, as well as excellent academic credentials.
