Job Description
Ingleside Retirement Apartments, a 208-unit high rise independent living facility for seniors, is currently seeking a full-time maintenance mechanic/painter. This position will be responsible for general maintenance tasks to maintain the building, both in common areas and resident apartments, including basic plumbing, electrical, painting, drywall, and other related duties. Qualified candidates will have 3-5 years of directly related maintenance experience, preferably in a senior living environment., and be able to work well independently.
