What You’ll Do Leverage your sales background to build your own financial services practice with the full support of our infrastructure, mentorship, and brand reputation. Lead client engagement through high-touch communication, data-informed strategy, and authentic relationship building. Translate complex needs into customized financial strategies, just like you would for a high-growth business only this time, for individuals, families, and entrepreneurs. Operate with independence while collaborating with a high-performing team of professionals. Guide clients through retirement planning, risk management, investments, insurance, and beyond. Key Responsibilities Support the design of customized, long-term financial strategies based on each client’s goals and stage of life. Present tailored planning solutions that are both protective and growth-oriented to help clients succeed financially. Collaborate closely with your team, leaning into mentorship and shared expertise. Stay ahead of trends in finance, tech-enabled tools, and regulatory changes. Maintain a strong ethical standard, ensuring compliance and professionalism in all client interactions. What We’re Looking For 1+ years of experience in business development, tech sales, financial services, or a related client-facing role. An understanding of financial principles, client relationship management, and solution-based selling. Strong interpersonal and analytical skills; the ability to translate complex challenges into clear action plans. Familiarity with CRM platforms, digital productivity tools (Google Suite, Microsoft Office), and a comfort with data.
