Company
Our client is a privately held real estate technology consulting firm headquartered in Southern California. Founded in 2010, the company partners with commercial real estate owners, developers, investors, operators, and property managers to implement, optimize, and support enterprise software platforms that improve operational efficiency, financial reporting, and business performance.
Known for its consultative, high-touch approach and long-standing client relationships, the firm provides implementation, advisory, business process improvement, reporting, data management, and systems integration services across a variety of enterprise real estate technology platforms. Consultants work directly with executive leadership and operational stakeholders to deliver practical technology solutions supporting accounting, development, construction, asset management, and property operations.
Position
This professional will have hands-on experience troubleshooting Yardi issues, supporting users, testing changes, helping with configuration, documenting fixes, and working across operations, accounting, property management, and technical teams. This is a great opportunity for someone who understands how real estate teams use Yardi and wants to grow deeper into system administration, advanced support, and client-facing consulting. You may be a Yardi administrator, business systems analyst, implementation specialist, support analyst, property accounting systems specialist, or an experienced property management professional who has become the “go-toˮ systems person on your team.
You will help clients resolve complex Yardi questions, improve business processes, support system configuration, assist with testing and upgrades, and escalate or coordinate more technical issues when needed. You do not need to be a developer, but you should be comfortable working with technical teams, asking good questions, researching unfamiliar issues, and translating business needs into clear system requirements.
